Brandi and Katie were Amazing!
Mariachi & Folklorico Festival's performance cannot be topped. The energy from the crowd was intense and went back and forth between the band and the audience. Love the Johnny Cash covers. I've been going to concerts since....1978 and it was a great show; the only downside was the audience was so rowdy she never sat down at the piano...mostly rock and roll for this show, except for a few acoustic songs with teh band and That Year. No one wanted the show to end, including the band. This is the 7th time I have seen Mariachi & Folklorico Festival in concert. If you EVER get a chance to see Mariachi & Folklorico Festival and the twins live, do not miss it. People are driving a long long way to see her shows and they are now selling out all over the world. Her voice is incredible. A born performer. Katie Herzig's music and performance was also great and I will be buying her cd's. Kind of reminiscent of Alison Sudol of A Fine Frenzy. She is also a gifted performer and song-writer and her band members are versatile and endearing. Wish You Well sung with both bands was fantastic.
